What Is a Community Well?
A Community Well is a large clean water well that serves entire villages. Each well is about 5 feet wide and draws water from around 33 feet deep, tapping into reliable underground water so families have safe water all year round.
These community water wells are built in high need areas where water is scarce and temperatures are extreme. They provide enough clean water for families, livestock, and crops, helping whole communities stay healthy and resilient.
