The following terms and conditions apply to all donations made on the Muslim Hands Inc. (USA) website.

Our agreement

When you place an online donation with Muslim Hands you will automatically be sent an email confirming receipt of your donation and any relevant additional details. To Muslim Hands, your donation represents an offer to us which is only accepted by us when we deliver a Final Receipt.

Explanation of items

We will always work towards ensuring that all details, descriptions and prices of donation items appear on our website correct, at the time when the relevant information was entered into our system. We can reserve the right to refuse any donations we believe were made, where item information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Cancellation and reimbursements

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with a donation that you have made we will be more than happy to offer a 28-day refund policy, which will begin from the date you make your donation. If you do contact us outside the 28-day period we may or may not refund the donation.

Your refund will be of the same value as your donation and in the same form of payment originally used at the time of purchase.

Agreement to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile number, you agree that Muslim Hands Inc. (USA) may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages containing but not limited to important information and updates.

• Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time and content of your messages, as well as other information that you provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.
• By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we will have the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.

Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?

Though SimpleTexting will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.

Security

When submitting a donation with Muslim Hands, you are agreeing to allow Muslim Hands to use your personal data, in order to process your donation. For further information on privacy and security please have a look at our Privacy Policy.

Modification of service or adjustments to the conditions

Muslim Hands reserves the right to make changes to our website, policies and the terms and conditions of donations at any time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions of donation in force at the time that you use the website unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to donations previously placed by you). If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Events beyond our reasonable control

Muslim Hands will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
